This workshop is recommended for organisations that are eager to engage their employees in their ESG journey. It is designed to accommodate individuals across various job functions and levels within the organisation.

• ESG Essentials: What & Why
  An introductory session that introduces the fundamental principles of ESG. This is followed by a quick discussion that explores the importance of ESG, and its impact to individuals and the organisation.
  

• From Habits to Impact.
  Participants build their own carbon profile by evaluating their personal habits and decisions via conversations with one another. This session ties together the theoretical knowledge of ESG with human behaviours.

• The Carbon Race Challenge.
  Participants dive into a thrilling, action-packed challenge to save planet Earth. They will need to plan their journey wisely, balancing strategic decisions and resource management to prevent additional carbon emissions from being released into the environment while completing their mission.

• From Insights to Action.
  Change begins with action. In this final session, participants will reflect on and identify practical actions they can implement in their workplace and/or personal life to foster a more ESG-friendly environment.

1. What mode is it delivered in?
   The app is a web-based application that can be used on mobile and laptop. Hybrid programme is available.

2. Can we change the activities for carbon race challenge?
   Yes. We encourage creativity and adaptation as you engage with the workshop. However, we recommend starting with our existing activities for the first few sessions to develop a solid understanding of the core concepts and objectives. Organisations are open to discuss culture embedment in the activities.
